TB DIAH

Generate data. Contextualize data.
  Strengthen TB programs worldwide.

TB DIAH supports decision-makers with the generation, analysis, and use of quality data to inform and scale up effective TB services.

Despite being a preventable and curable disease, tuberculosis (TB) is the world’s top infectious disease killer. Every year, 1.6 million people die from TB, and 11 million people fall ill with the disease.

The TB Data, Impact Assessment and Communications Hub (TB DIAH) project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), works to improve and harness existing TB data and knowledge sharing and to strengthen national TB programs worldwide in support of the U.S. Government’s goals of reaching every person with the disease, curing those in need of treatment, and preventing the spread of new infections and the progression to active TB disease.

TB DIAH can help at any point in the TB M&E and surveillance process.
