Resource Library

One of the mandates of the TB Data, Impact Assessment and Communications Hub (TB DIAH) project is to curate learning and current thinking regarding TB data and how they are analyzed and used. These resources include technical reports, journal articles, country data use strategies and challenges, and presentations given at conferences and other gatherings of TB stakeholders globally, regionally, and within countries.

TB DIAH has collected TB data and useful guidance on topics from TB detection, pediatric TB, community engagement, short treatment regimens, and combating stigma. A number of materials provide useful information on monitoring indicators, recommendations on assessing the epidemiological burden of TB, and gauging the impact of TB control efforts.

These TB research papers highlight findings on novel diagnostic tests, societal factors that exacerbate TB, perspectives on multidrug-resistant TB, and the impacts of private sector involvement, among other relevant topics. Operations research, qualitative studies, impact evaluations, and surveys and studies using other methods provide important insights for the global TB community.

TB DIAH presents a variety of technical reports that shed light on data from TB programs worldwide, disease trends and progress reports to the U.S. Congress, and assessments of country programs to fight TB.

Here, TB DIAH has collected global strategies to end TB, from the United States Government to the World Health Organization. National-level strategies, action plans, and accountability frameworks are available in the country profiles section of this site.

Where TB stakeholders gather to share TB data, TB DIAH assembles major presentations of insight, research findings, and promising strategies into this online collection.
