Abstract: In this roadmap overview, USAID outlines strategies to address TB in Bangladesh for FY 2021. The overview touches on (1) Reach, including TB diagnosis, engagement of all care providers, and the TB care delivery community; (2) Cure, including drug-susceptible TB (DS-TB) treatment and multidrug-resistant TB (MDR-TB) treatment; (3) Prevention; and (4) Self-reliance with a focus on commitment and sustainability, as well as capacity and functioning systems.
